The Collins College at Cal
Poly Pomona is opening their Dining Room for Round Table for
Food Professionals (RFP) Special Event on Tuesday November 18,
2008 . The Event is featuring a dinner cooked & served by
students at The Collins College.
RFP is inviting Cal State Long
Beach, Orange Coast College and L.A. Trade Tech College to participate.
There will be cooking demonstrations in the lobby for guests
to enjoy and we'll have guests vote for their favorite item.
Awards will be given to the teams. This is an incredible opportunity
for the students and will be a fun evening for the guests.
When: will be approx. 5:30 PM Check-in (appetizers)
w/ 6:00 or 6:30 PM first serving, the awards and event will end
approx. 8:30 - 9:00 PM
Note to the participating
students: You'll need
to arrive approx 4:30 - 5:00 PM to begin prep, etc. in the kitchen.
